Luxurious leather and floor wall surfaces - By O’Hare & D’Jafer

Leather is the most enduring of the noble materials, and when used as a surface finish, it brings quiet luxury to an interior space.

There is a human instinct to decorate the surfaces that surround us, from the earliest stencil work in caves forty thousand years ago, to the highly decorative plasterwork within the greatest Estate Houses of England. Our leather wall panels strive to extract an essence from these ancient techniques, reimagined for contemporary interior schemes.

Gustav, hand woven leather tapestry with an intricate Viking knot inspired design will one of 11 new pieces to be featured during Decorex.

The tapestry leather weave, is created from the finest marine quality leather, and is specially selected from our tannery in northern Italy.

Our specialist knowledge, has allowed us to invent a production and handling methodology. When we apply this to upholstery grade leather, it changes the leathers personality, eliminating distortion and skew; allowing detailed pattern matching of different weaves, on a large scale within commercial projects.

An added benefit is the opportunity for designers to increase their selection of colour, currently up to 102 shades.

We’ll be at booth E34 from Sunday 16th September 10 am until 6 pm.
